We are searching for FUTURE LEADERS at SAM through this Internship program.
As an Intern you’ll get to work with top experts in Surveying, Engineering, Geospatial, and Construction Phase Services, while getting practical experience working on real world projects. We perform high-level work at a fast pace, with office environments that offer numerous perks to help ensure that you have a fun and fulfilling work experience. SAM will provide a competitive wage for the duration of your internship as well as paid housing for non-local students. You will work 40 hours a week and your mentor will ensure you receive all that you can on this elite and exclusive experience!

The Internship Program will begin on May 22, 2023 and end on August 4, 2023.
Your Impact at SAM
You will work in an area pertinent to your degree and learn about surveying, aerial mapping, construction inspection and other services from start to finish. You’ll use the latest technologies to perform tasks for data collection and processing, and/or production drawings on projects, such as, boundary surveys, digital aerial mapping, LiDAR laser scanning, utility designating, construction inspection and more. You will get experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided drafting software, while working side-by-side with leading experts.
What You Bring to SAM
- Enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
- Aspiring Professional Surveyor or Professional Engineer
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Desire and willingness to learn more about our industry and its technology
- Strong math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
