The Survey Professional position supports the City of Austin Public Works Department in the Quality Management Division. This position will review easements, easement releases dedications, right-of-way acquisitions, right-of-way and alley vacations, license agreements, fee acquisitions and annexations. This position will research record information, process survey data, prepare CAD files and field notes and assist field crew for boundary, topographic and design surveys.
The Surveyor-in-Training position will be responsible for the duties mentioned above as the Survey Profession but will work under the supervision of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
Pay Range
SIT: $24.82 – $32.26
Surveyor: $29.56 – $38.42
