Hours are flexible and expected to range between 10\u201330 hours per week depending on capability, availability, and workload. Pay is competitive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Barrelhouse Labs is a young technology startup serving the oil &amp; gas industry. We build software and infrastructure tools that help energy companies manage and analyze spatial assets, documents, and operational data more efficiently using modern GIS technology and AI.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>What We Need<\/b>:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We\u2019re looking for someone adaptable, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of a wide range of tasks. As a small company, responsibilities can vary day-to-day &#8212; from GIS editing and QA\/QC work to organizing project information, drafting communications, exporting client deliverables, or just generally helping to keep operations running smoothly.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We care much more about attitude, consistency, and motivation than prior experience.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>The right person<\/b>:<\/div>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Communicates well and responds reliably<\/li>\n<li>Isn\u2019t afraid to ask questions<\/li>\n<li>Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>What They\u2019ll Do<\/b>:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Initially, most of the work will involve quality control and small edits on vector datasets.
