This prestigious award recognises young researchers who have applied GIS innovatively in their university course work, or research.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"title\">\n<div class=\"title-component \">\n<h3 class=\"avenir-light padding-leader-1 padding-trailer-half\"><strong>Prize<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The 2026 Jack Dangermond Young Scholar will win:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Entry to the 2026 Esri UC in San Diego<\/li>\n<li>Return flights to San Diego<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation for the duration of the event<\/li>\n<li>Young Scholar Trophy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Entries<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"text parbase\">\n<div>Entrants need to submit an ArcGIS StoryMap that demonstrates how they have used GIS during their research.
