 We’re renewing the NACIS Mentor Program, where experienced NACIS members will be paired with early-career or mid-career members for a series of one-on-one remote conversations over six months (March – August 2025). Participation is free for NACIS members.
Call for Mentees: Are you an early- or mid-career professional looking to grow in the field? This program offers a unique chance to gain valuable insights, guidance, and inspiration from an experienced professional who is eager to share their knowledge.
Call for Mentors: We especially encourage professionals to step forward as mentors. Your knowledge and insight can make a lasting impact on the next generation of cartographers and GIS professionals. This is a unique opportunity to give back to the community, share your passion, and help shape the future of cartography. If you have participated before, please consider volunteering again!
To participate, log into the NACIS website, review the program details, and complete the application form (NACIS membership is required). The more detail you include on the application, the higher the likelihood that the Mentor Program coordinators will provide a good match. |
