The GIS department is looking for tutors for the Fall 2024 semester.

If you’ve answered “yes, ” you should apply to be a GIS Tutor! Interested applicants should complete this form.
Tutor responsibilities will include:
– Tutoring students during regularly scheduled shifts
– Captioning project and lecture videos between helping students
– Assisting instructors with updating screenshots in SOWs
GIS tutors need to have completed the following courses with a grade of B or better:
– Intro to GIS
– Intro to Geospatial Data
– Intermediate GIS
– Map design and use (Cartography)
– Data Acquisition & Analysis
We are looking for both in-person and remote tutors (preference will be given to applicants with on-campus tutoring availability). The deadline to apply to be a tutor is Friday, August 9th.
