As part of the Program Controls Division, the IT Systems Consultant will work with Corridor Program Office (CPO) Management to effectively manage and deliver corridor mobility projects, and interface with CPO Division Leads, Project Managers, Partner Departments, Consultants, and Contractors.
The IT Systems Consultant will oversee the data and technology needs of the Corridor Program Office, as well as oversee the performance reporting for all efforts of CPO. In addition, the position will provide support for the continued development and implementation of CPO’s Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), as well as design, build, implement and maintain custom applications that address business and technical needs. These needs include but are not limited to: data management, automated workflows, performance reporting and monitoring, process development and improvement, and training staff in Program-specific processes and protocols ensuring data quality and consistent delivery of projects across the program.
This position will also provide managers with planning and control information by assembling and analyzing data; identifying trends; and providing forecasts. This position is expected to be familiar with financial and business intelligence systems in order to perform ad-hoc reporting for budget planning and financial analysis for management review and use in decision making.
