Carpentry certificate seekers do not need to take the prerequisite CNBT 1402<\/p>\n<p>Emphasis is placed on OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as construction safety and health principles. In this entry-level course, students will examine\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.osha.gov\/pls\/oshaweb\/owastand.display_standard_group?p_part_number=1926&amp;p_toc_level=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">29 CFR 1926, Safety and Health Regulations for Construction<\/a>, in detail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Attendance is extremely important in this class due to the reading assignments and lectures.
